Lily, you predictable perv. I knew you’d open this email faster if I tempted you with a glimpse of JT’s “PP”. Well, put your pants back on and grab some bubbly because I have much better news to share.

As of tomorrow, I’ll be the new executive assistant at Lorena Lefray Designs. I am SO excited, but there’s one itty bitty problem: I won’t be Lorena’s assistant. I’ll be working for her older brother, Julian.

I know what you’re thinking- “But Jo, what’s the problem?”

Google him. Now. He’s the man in the fitted navy suit whose face reminds you that there’s hope yet for this cruel, ugly world. Keep scrolling…Do you see those dimples? Yup. That’s the Julian Lefray I will be reporting to tomorrow morning.

Lord, help us all…

Really, R.S. Grey, really?? How can you do this to me! I don’t know if you’re a cliff-hanger or you really intended to end the book that way (but you gave me a clue that there will be a Dean-Lily book. Hmmm. Hahaha!) but I like to think that you didn’t finish the book because you were too excited to share it to your readers.

I like Josephine‘s character. She isn’t afraid to get out of her comfort zone. She didn’t stop until she reached for her dreams, and that’s what I admire the most. I actually envy her because she knows what she wants to do with her life even though she started from the bottom. But everybody does, right? I also like Julian‘s character. He seems to be a great man. He’s playful, gentlemen and he’s possibly everything a woman can ask for.

I love Julian and Josephine’s flirting. I found it cute. It’s not like one of those books that the flirting is too much. I also can’t help but notice Julian and Josephine’s work relationship. Aren’t they supposed to be professional? Well yes, they are professional and there is no HR because it’s just the two of them so I think no one will stop them. Lol.

There’s more to this book (or e-book) than the flirting, sexy scenes and the like. If you’re a keen observer/reader, you’ll probably know what I mean. The Allure of Julian Lefray is a fun, cute and fast read. If you’re looking for a super light read, then this book is for you. If you want something that has no drama, read this.
